WallpaperPixi wallpapers are made to order

After 24 hours, all sales become final. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@wallpaperpixi.com. Otherwise, we will start the production process of your order and won't be able to offer a cancellation. We always recommend ordering a sample before committing to a larger order.

We gladly accept exchanges!

If something happens with your wallpaper during shipping or during/after the installation, get in touch with us, and we will resend you a new wallpaper! We got you covered! Contact us within 15 days past the delivery date at hello@wallpaperpixi.com. Please note that we will ask you for a proof picture of the issue.

We consider each reason for return separately

WallpaperPixi wallpapers are made to order, and because of this, we don't accept returns regularly. However, we understand that each return reason is different and will be reviewed individually. Contact us within 7 days past the delivery date at hello@wallpaperpixi.com. You can always order a sample before committing to a larger order! Please note that items can be returned only unboxed, and the customer covers the return costs.
