WallpaperPixi – Refund Policy

Since our products are custom-made, made-to-order wallpapers, we are unable to offer general returns. Refunds or exchanges are only available in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.

Defective or Damaged Products

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product arrived defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at wallpaperpixi@gmail.com. Please include photographs of the issue so we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps.

Return Conditions

If we determine your return request to be valid, we will send you instructions. 
The product must be returned to the following address:
WallpaperPixi — Városi-Lipták Emese Bihari János utca 3. 1/3, 3530 Miskolc, Hungary

We do not accept returns that have not been pre-authorized. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels attached. You must also have the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

As all wallpapers are custom-made to order in your specified dimensions, we do not accept returns for items that were correctly produced and delivered but are no longer wanted. The following items are also non-returnable: sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products. The fastest resolution is to return the defective item, and once it has been received, we will produce and ship a replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason — however, this does not apply to custom-made products. As all of our wallpapers are made to order, this right does not apply in our case, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of our decision. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund by day 15, please let us know at wallpaperpixi@gmail.com.
