As our products are custom-made, made-to-order wallpapers, please take note of the following production and shipping times.

Production Time

Every order is produced to your specified dimensions, made to order. Production time is generally 5–7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx as tracked parcels.

Estimated shipping times by region:

• European Union — 2–5 business days
• USA and Canada — 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world — 7–15 business days

The above shipping times apply after production and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed deadlines. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, public holidays, or delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping to the European Union, USA, and Canada — on all orders, regardless of order value.
• A flat rate of €50 applies to all other countries.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are not covered or reimbursed by WallpaperPixi.
