Welcome to WallpaperPixi! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to WallpaperPixi. WallpaperPixi operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, as our customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the "Services"). WallpaperPixi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, along with the policies referenced herein ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and obligations regarding the use of the Services.

When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. WallpaperPixi reserves the right to accept or refuse your orders at its sole discretion, for any reason. Your orders are not considered accepted until WallpaperPixi confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as WallpaperPixi may not be able to accept cancellation requests after an order has been confirmed. If an order is not accepted, or if it is modified or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of submission.
Returns or exchanges of your purchase can only be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or residential use and are not made for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as stated in the order confirmation email sent to you. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for any delays that occur during shipping and delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

The WallpaperPixi name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WallpaperPixi or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without the prior written consent of WallpaperPixi. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans in the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
As part of the Services, you may have access to third-party tools that we do not monitor, control, or have any influence over.
You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty, guarantee, condition, or endorsement of any kind. We accept no liability in connection with optional tools provided by third parties or your use thereof.

WallpaperPixi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases through our store occur directly through WallpaperPixi's service. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify assumes no liability for any aspect of any transaction between you and WallpaperPixi, including any injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to any purchase or transaction between you and WallpaperPixi.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
As the Services are powered by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal data related to your access and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion; in such event, you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections shall survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALLPAPERPIXI, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, RELATED COMPANIES, AGENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS, AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DISCLAIM ALL STRICT AND OTHER LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WallpaperPixi, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements pursuant to which we provide the Services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. You and WallpaperPixi submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.

Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
